I kept wondering when I originally listed to this more than 20 years ago, how the heck they created that weird sound during the chorus, that finger tapping explains a lot. This song was criminally underrated. It is also odd that there isn't more information out there about their original "Why", which was some sort of B side but I've never been able to find it.

This is awesome! Dan B as a guest??? I'm down. I REALLY enjoy the Bobobot album (The Singularity) So cool to learn that Dr Robo AKA Bobobot started as and idea from Dr. Robotnik!! I also used to record music on cassette tapes. I started with a Karaoke machine and eventually ended up getting a 4 track recorder. Dan is amazing at mixing and mastering the tracks he produces no doubt. Yeah TMNT on NES is no joke! I never made it far. Oh btw Dan doesn't use save states eh? Well la di da lol! I'll also take a true remake of QUAKE! This was great thanks nosidamde. Subbing for sure!

Great cover, btw the tuning of the song is actually not exactly in drop D. They tuned it a bit higher when they recorded the song. So it’s in drop d basically, but just tuned a bit higher.
